Organ systems of living being  is an incredible system, it can integrate all resources on the same frame of work or flow. In this system the one which keep the system runs are nerve (signal) and circulation system (material). Its just the same for infrastructure in the city, which act as a medium for the flow of people or goods. In this case I saw people as signals that contains information, which means people actively act and react to the stimulation, different with goods which has passive manner. FLOW OF PEOPLE=FLOW OF INFORMATION=NERVE SYSTEM. So basically, NEUROBRIDGE is analogy for neuron as a tiniest part of the nerve system.
