In an extraordinary opportunity of a private competition, CSRA submitted this project for a residential and office complex in Brescia, North of Italy. As requested by the client, it is formed by two twin, five storeys residential buildings and a single four storeys office building.

The site is quite far from the street and the pedestrian routes. The main purpose was the creation of a public space facing the complex, in order to achieve a better relationship between the buildings and the city.

The office building has been moved to the back of its site, giving space for a central new urban space.

The two residential buildings share a common garden space located in the middle of them.
